These terms cover your use of BroCoached. Using the app means you accept them. If you do not, stop using it.
This is a pre-release test build
BroCoached is shared with a small group of testers while it is being built. Features will change or disappear, and data loss is possible. Do not rely on it as the only record of your training or nutrition history.
Not medical advice
BroCoached is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition. The app, and BRO the in-app coach, give training and nutrition opinions, not medical advice. Nothing in it is a substitute for a doctor, a dietitian or a pharmacist.
Talk to a qualified professional before starting a training programme, changing your diet substantially, or taking any supplement, especially if you are pregnant, under 18, taking medication, or managing a health condition or an eating disorder. Supplement information in the app is general information, not a dosing recommendation, and it does not account for interactions with medication.
BRO's output is generated by an AI model and can be wrong. Check anything that matters. You are responsible for what you do with it.
Your account
You sign in with Google, and you are responsible for what happens under your account. Give us accurate information about yourself, because the app calculates targets from it. One account per person.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the app to break the law or to harm anyone, including yourself.
- Do not try to break, overload, reverse-engineer or scrape the service, or work around its usage limits.
- Do not upload content you have no right to upload.
The coach has usage limits per account. They exist to keep the service affordable and available, and they can change without notice.
Cost
The app is free during testing. There is nothing to buy today. If paid plans are introduced later, you will be told before anything is charged. See the refund policy.
Your content
What you log stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it in order to run the app for you, which includes sending relevant parts to an AI provider when you use the coach. The privacy policy sets out the details.
No warranty, and limits on liability
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not promise it will be available, accurate or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for injury, loss or damage arising from your use of the app, including anything you do on the strength of its training, nutrition or supplement output. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Ending it
You can stop using the app at any time and ask for your account to be deleted by emailing federicodedeu@gmail.com. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken, or if the test ends.
Changes
These terms can change. The date at the top changes with them, and continuing to use the app means accepting the new version.
